There is a Simplisafe Alarm System that all guest will have access to during their stay. Booking guest will be made the primary contact for the monitoring company. Also please not that there are exterior cameras. *IF THERE IS A FALSE ALARM AND THE POLICE RESPOND THERE IS A $75 FEE THAT WILL BE ASSESSED.* Also there is a camera located under the carport that monitors the carport.
